I will be teaching my 'Woodland Journal' class this weekend at the
CASTLE, and would love to have a few more students join me! Here is a description of what we will be creating...
Come take an imaginary walk in the woods, while creating this unusual journal. Using copper mesh and a variety of papers, transparencies, and ephemera, you'll design pages that are held together with eyelets and rivets and then tied to the journal cover with silk ribbons. You'll also learn how to distress and tarnish copper, and how to use twigs, leaves, beads, and other found objects as embellishments.
Fee: $165.00, includes all material, but feel free to bring your favorite woodland theme ephemera, papers, photos, and small found objects.
Saturday June 27th, from 10:00 to 4:00 and
Sunday June 28th, from 11:00 to 5:00
Please call 510-204-9801 to reserve your spot!
Hope to see you there...
