For this weekend I leave you with the stunning paintings of Bridget Couc! Very French, with current Marie Antoinette inspirations and much much more, they sing and dance to our eyes! Bridget writes:
"I studied the art of the horn-the eye in Belgium, I painted heaps of things for the theatre, the Opera, the cinema, of the pubs, carried out decorations of all kinds for various private individuals, the duchesses sympathetic nerves, others less, I copied not badly tables in the Louvre for penetrating well in paintings of the Large Masters and I adored to do that, I carried out large fabrics of theatre according to small gribouillages of models of decorators or sometimes of painters: "and there, you believe that he wanted to make what?" , I worked with a designer for which I combed shops and posters, I drew a box of perfume, I made portraits what I like much, I painted of the jewels of false-marble string (!)pour a procession, invented landscapes. I was also "lining hand" in a film for an actress who was to draw! ...in short I painted, painted, paints.... and now, I introduce to you my tables, nouveau riches of all these experiments. In this moment, I paint many small cakes, and the multicoloured chocolate éclairs of Ladurée are my favorite models..." ENJOY!!!
