Ukulele Book!
Ukulele Book by Peter and Donna Thomas. Inside the cigar box is a diorama which tells a story about the historical allure of Hawaii as an archetype of tropical paradise. How fun is that?

This is a wonderful piece. I am emailing this post to my husband, whenever we go to fleamarkets he "hunts" Ukeleles.
He will get a real kick out of this one!

This is a fun piece of art. At first glance I didn't realize it is one piece. I like surprises, and this is a good one!
Perfect to post the Hula girls on a hot summer day!
I played the Ukulele before I learned how to play the guitar. My.Dog.Has.Flees. (that's how you tune the Ukulele) :-)
