Soldered Jewelry in Mendocino

I taught a two day Soldered Jewelry class at the Mendocino Arts Center, in November. It was a beautiful weekend, with plenty of sunshine and glorious sunsets. The air was crisp and chilly, with the ocean so near. The Jewelry classroom is cozy and warm, very conducive to creating wonderful art! My students were a very talented bunch, as you can see from their work here.

I had a very funky/retro, but comfy and large with kitchen, apartment for the weekend. A skyblue door greeted me each evening. It was less than 20 steps from the classroom! The whole campus is filled with wonderful art inside and out. Do check out their websight, for a variety of class offerings. I will be there again in the summer. It was a bit like taking a working vacation!
